I absolutely love this healthy and yummy snack. It’s super easy to make in 10 minutes with no baking needed.
These little energy bites will help you against cravings or when you just would like a little healthy sweet treat.
They are vegan and gluten free because of the amazing Arbonne Protein powder that I am using.
Ingredients
- 1 cup just almond meal from Trader Joe’s
- 1 cup organic rolled oats or oat bran
- 1/4 cup Arbonne’s plant based Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp organic vegan cocoa powder (mine is from Germany 😉 )
- 1/3 cup mini vegan chocolate chips (I used Lily’s from Whole Foods)
- 3/4 cups organic almond butter (mine is from Costco)
- 1/4 cups organic Agave sirup (again Costco)
- 3 drops organic peppermint flavor or essential oil
- 1 tbsp water (I start with that and add more if it’s not wet enough)
Just throw everything together in a bowl and mix it. Form little balls and store them in the refrigerator or even in the freezer.
